Delivery Information

We currently deliver 98.8% of stocked product orders to businesses and sole traders in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden within four working days.

Order Cut-Off

We aim to dispatch stocked product orders placed before 5:00 PM the next working day. We will dispatch orders placed after the cut-off time the following working day.

We class our working days as Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).


Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on orders of €500 or more. For orders under €500, a small order charge of €29 applies. 


Delivery Timescales

We aim to deliver your order within four working days but cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

Orders will be dispatched subject to stock availability. If we cannot dispatch any items ordered within our specified timescale, we will deliver what we have available and inform you of any delay.


Missed Deliveries

Our parcel carrier requires a signature upon delivery. If you miss them, they will leave a card letting you know when they will try to deliver again or how you can arrange another delivery.

If you miss your delivery and our courier does not leave a card, please call us from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday:

Order Tracking

We will email you your tracking information when we dispatch your order.

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it's due to arrive, you can check its progress by emailing our Customer Service team at pigpost@newpig.com or calling them from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday:

Address Errors

We deliver to the exact address details you enter. Please ensure you've given us the correct information before placing your order, as we can't accept liability for late, failed, or missing deliveries due to an incorrect address.

If you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can inform our logistics team and update our systems by emailing pigpost@newpig.com or calling us 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday:
