Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints or concerns, we want to resolve them quickly and efficiently. You may submit complaints through any of the contact methods provided above, and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

Dispute Resolution 

All disputes related to online transactions between New Pig and the customers, will be adjudicated by the District Court Zeeland - West - Brabant, Breda location, the Netherlands, unless a mandatory legal provision would oppose this and without prejudice to New Pig's right to take the customers to court before an otherwise competent court.
